Cancellation Policy
In the case of short-term cancellation (7 days prior to arrival) of the firmly agreed room reservation, we regret that we can only waive the sending of an invoice if we succeed in re-renting the room for the corresponding days. This also applies to changes to a later date followed by cancellation. We ask for your understanding.
For our hotel, the following regulations apply:
Free cancellations are possible up to 1 week before the booked date.
In the event of cancellation within:
- 4 – 7 days before arrival, or in the case of early departure: 50 % of the room rate
- 0 – 3 days before arrival: 80 % of the room rate
Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 1:00 PM. Unless a later arrival has been expressly agreed in writing, the hotel reserves the right to allocate ordered rooms to others after 6:00 PM. The guest does not acquire any entitlement to the provision of specific rooms. The hotel is entitled to withdraw from the accommodation contract if the agreed rooms or facilities cannot be provided due to force majeure or an insurmountable obstacle to performance. In this case, the hotel undertakes to make every effort to find equivalent replacement in other properties.
